Much power gain with custom intake?

I have a pair of HKS 272 cams waiting, and a 2,3 stroker on the way. Maybe a stupid question, but will my stock E2 intake manifold be very restrictive when aiming for 450-500 whp? Have heard from "over there" that the stock intake is pretty good. Anyone with dynoresults before and after?
