The first official Irish trackday for the MLR will be held at Kirkistown Circuit on Friday 23rd March :D

The day will follow the usual MLR format; open pitlane all day (after driver's briefing and sighting laps) and drivers can benefit from free instruction from our team of ARDS instructors, full tyre support from Protyre and - hopefully - trackside photography, and noise limits will be an Evo friendly 105dba.

Places are limited to 30 cars and initially available to Members only, but if there's availability from mid-March we will open the day to non members. Places can be booked online in the Trackdays section of the MLR Shop or by calling us direct on 0845 12 LANCER (527237).

Pricing:
Members / Novices - £89
Non Members - £99 (if available)
Additional driver - £35
Passenger - £10

Novice places are available at this day as with all the other MLR trackdays but as the cost is only £89 anyway we can't discount it any further - just need to let me know you're a novice when you book. Novices will receive an additional info pack (to go with the standard drivers info pack), extended briefing, scheduled tuition session with instructor and feedback card.

If you'd just like to come along and watch - it's free and you'd be more than welcome. ;)

MLR IRISH TRACKDAY RUNNERS:

SPEED JUNKIE - ITALIAN THOROUGHBRED
ECC - EVO 6
CORNIEBOY - EVO 4
BARRYC - EVO 5
TODD W - EVO 4
AMOS - EVO 9
BEN SNODDEN - EVO 4
KENNY WILEY - EVO 4
LINDSAY CLARK - EVO 9
JOHN CURISTAN - IMPREZA

I live 12 miles from the circuit and as the circuit's kinda in the middle of bloody nowhere, it depends on what your budget is. There are numerous B&Bs quite close and a few hotels 10-15 miles away.

If you want specific suggestions, just ask. :)

Nothing to fancy just as longs its its pretty close and half reasonable, a b&b or prefeably a pub b&b would be fine, prob come over day before and go back day after so be lookin for 2 nights.
