Get the sensors outputs checked to start with. There a a few problems with flashing the V and VI using Ecuflash, was it done with this or EcuTek?

it was ecu-flash who mapped it www.ecuflash.co.uk it wasnt the ecutech

as for the sensors i wouldnt have a clue what to do with them do you think its fuel related then.

when it happend it almost felt like it bogged down couple of small bangs then miss

Have you checked all the ic pipes to make sure they have not popped off? Sounds like a scooby when they do including tick over.

But did you check either side of the intercooler? Sometimes when you are on full boost the pipe pops off under pressure. Usually the right hand side. Look down inside the bay to the right and wobble the pipe. If it's loose it's off.

Normally you get a CEL for major fault, I'd still be looking for pipe splits to Start with.

pull a lead off see if the engine misfire changes, one by one check this, if the note, speed misfire does not alter on one cylinder only then this cylinder is your culprit,

if you find this, swap plugs around first see if misfire changes cylinder, then swap leads, see if misfire changes cylinder, very simple process of illimination.

if pulling leads etc changes note, speed, misfire, on all cylinders then your problem lies elsewhere

as gray says, check all pipework first to illiminate these,

if you are not mechanically, electrical diagnosis minded then as suggested take it to a reputable specialist.

hope this helps
