Had a great day at fintray again. Wet all morning, misty and cold, track was slippery. Ended morning practice on ftd. First timed run as it was drying was a 32.11s which was ftd until the mighty Judd powered Gould of ross napier went just under a second quicker. It rained heavily again during the 2nd run and the track conditions changed again. We went quicker again 31.15 to re-take ftd and put pressure on Ross for his last run. Unfortunately for us he lowered his time to take ftd only 0.18s with a 30.97.

Great competition on a level playing field and amazing to be playing with a 700hp single seater that weighs 400kg:D. Tiddles has been faultless all weekend and now the twincharger system is holding boost when I want it, she's been a hoot to drive! More development work coming then next event is doune 21june.

I can't upload vids until we get phone cables sorted :wallbang:

She sounds absolutely fantastic Donald!!!!! Stunning machine and a credit to your engineering innovation.:smthumbup
Thanks mate, she's certainly sounding crisp and never missed a beat all weekend. I'm still surprised it stays together!

How low is your car? I.e. what is the gap between the lowest point of the flat floor and the ground?
The front lip is 80mm. There's 2 skirts running along the tunnel that sit 90mm high but the whole centre of the floor rises from front to back. Lowest point is just behind the splitter.

That thing literally has no lag at all now...Harewood beckons;)
There's been no plans for any events outwith scotland this year do far. If we go south it'll be to prescott, shelsley Walsh or loton park I reckon. Might have a trip to harewood if I can afford it.
