Superb work Donald, your car is one of the reasons I have ventured into the world of Evo Hillclimbing from little rwd Escorts!
I'm gathering lots of information reading through the wealth of knowledge here on MLR and I'm really looking forward to stripping the car out over the winter to get some weight out of it (currently running Roadgoing series production)
How light do you think I could get an Evo 5 but still run in category S12 (Modified series production)? 1150kg?

Pretty sure Mike used the car in the Supercar class in Rallycross before turning to Hillclimbing so it's not your average 220! As Donald says it,s very light too and he can fair pedal it.
Tiddles looks proper quick Donald, can't wait to see it in the flesh one day.

My interpretation would be that if a professional wished to retain the rights to a piece of paid work (be it an engine map or otherwise) then a disclaimer stating the fact should be agreed and signed before commencement of the work surely.
If money has changed hands for a service then one would expect that the person paying the money would become the rightful owner of what he has paid for?

Was certainly consistent on the launches with both of us in the low 1.9s bracket ........ (with no aids)
Not sure the tyres enjoyed being hammered by both of us though.

You better get back to Prescott next year. First attempt in mod prod at Prescott and only on mid boost....and in a borrowed car taking it a little steadier than normal after having a crash recently.

It begs the question...is your supercharger worth the hassle? Darley still has the Harewood record too. Single turbo. I wonder if he's going to take your Doune record one day too?
