yea i think the nur spec is the loudest, although not as loud as some things ive heard.

if your doing gumball then you have money :)

if you dont mind spending some cash then go to hayward and schott and they will make you an exhaust to your requirements

I love my Blitz, but the the 5zigen fireball i think its called is just as louder poss a bit louder but has a fantastic note to it, it looks kinda like a bike can so i guess that where this sound comes from as its quite distinctive

cheers

cheers fellas, i like the idea of the blitz or fugiwotsit, are these things bike can loud??? actually, has anyone put bike cans on an evo? will it restrict the engiene?? will it break windows?????
you want bike can loud and noise go for the 5ZIGEN mate, also decat, downpipe, and change your induction pipes for hard pipes.

guess you could open it up and remove all baffles as well! :D

I Meant the 5ZIGEN!! Soz the Fujitsubo is tame in comparison
I was gonna all Fujits are jasma spec (jap noise level controls standard) so are pretty quiet i swapped my Fuji for the blitz, i'd like to see/hear the Tanabe as not come across one yet.

i def think what ever you get remove the baffles if you really are after serious NOISE! :D

TBH.. The blitz is not that loud.. I have had one and it has a nice rasp but it is not mental loud.

I would advise if money is no object to go for the Power House Amuse Titan (Full ti bad boy) :D or the Mines VX Pro Titanium (again full Ti bad boy!!) :D

I have the Jic Magic 505 Full ti exhaust. This is a little cheaper than the two above but of comparable quality. It has no centre torque buldge and only a single rear silencer box. It is also full 90mm so 3.5in all the way. This is the daddy of exhausts and makes the blitz seem a little limp.. ;)

Agree with Rich the tannabe gold medallion is also a nice loud one as is the buddy club racing spec 3.

If you know the right people the Jic is cheaper then the blitz, it is full ti so much lighter, is straight through just like the blitz.. all in all just soo much better.. :p

Far better just getting one made from H&S or Powerflow if you're being cheap - just ask for no silencers, just straight through pipes - I did this on my M Roadster, and lets just say that bike riders used to pull over and see if something was wrong with their Yoshimuras

Youre main risk (apart from deafness) is overboost - i.e. the reduction in back-pressure *may* allow the turbo to spool up slightly too quickly.

Do what I did - try it and see, and if you don't like it, Powerflow are happy to fit a couple of silencers and tips to your linking.

I've now mellowed to a TSL Firestorm , which is Very Loud, and also gives excellent torque :D

Enjoy :D

at last - someone who has fitted the firestorm on an evo!

I had one on my P1 and it was unbelievable - went Blitz on an Evo , and thought it was disappointing after all the comments.

So I was trying to see who had gone Firestorm / Typhoon (TSL) on an Evo and got no replies - so any comments greatly appreciated please. My old Blitz is currently languishing on the dining room table as to be honest I can't bring myself to replace the SD on my 8 as its dosn't seem worth it. But if the Firestorm was anything like that on my P1, then a different story altogether and I sense a trip to Nottingham!
