get a 1/2 multi spline socket and hammer it over the bolt and loosen it with a power bar
usually a 19mm socket will fit but it depends on the locking nuts used

Had exactly same problem with a shogun we bought only the other week.
theyd been put on way too tight probably with a gun.

i sat a m16 nut onto the locking wheel nut and filled it up inside with weld focusing on the mc gard and catching the sides of the nut 1st (mig) then unwound with a simple socket set.
Took about 25mins to whip all 4 off. Beauty of welding inside the m16 nut is it shields any potential spatter and didnt damage a thing other than the crap locker lol.

put mc gards back on but with a tiny copper slip and only nipped them up by hand

hope you get it sorted :smthumbup
