www.seatcupra.net is a good site for Cupra's and CupraR's- lots of links there for the upgrade path.

I think Tesco, Sainburys, ar quite good but the best in the business are supposed be waitrose and marks & spencers,

whatever you do stay away from Aldi, they messed up my one well and good

Try this company, i used them when i had an 1.8t audi, and was very pleased with their products............... http://www.goapr.com/

I know it's a vw/audi site but they're all basically the same engine.
