Available on internet at various sites and rumours all are around about what it will be like.

How would YOU like to see the 'X' improved over the V111 and 1X?

Naturally, it is bound to look more modern and it has needed a facelift for some time, but engine-wise, I would love to see it as a 2.2 minimum.
The Scooby will be 2.5 by then, so it will be harder than ever to ward off the blue and gold annoyances if the EVO's engine does not grow a little in size.

Anyway, what do you want to see change and improve on the 2006 car?

I want it to be a lot more aggressive in appearence than the evo 7,8,9.
A larger engine so it can be stroked to more than 2.4 ( with the new skyline being at least a 3.5 we will be left for dead on the drag strip )
And the obvious improvments in handling to stay ahead of the scoobs.

There will be no Lancer Evo 10. Expect a hot hatch style colt, with the same 4g63.

Journo talk, the colt is too small for rallying.

The picture showed is the new Evo x but is just guesswork.

I have seen the car it is based on in much better photos and it looks much neater than the mockup.

Might stick with the 9 gt for a few more years than expected.

Same here, but not because of looks. I normally get rid of a car if it doesnt feel right, the EVO VIII MR FQ340 went because it wasnt really nice/fun to drive. However, the IX has to be one of the most fun cars I have ever driven so I'll keeping it for a bit.

Barrie, the best people to ask are Chris and Nick from NR Autosport; they did the majority of the PDI's (including yours if you got it from Nigel) and have basically had a brilliant chance to get a good look at the cars. They have already given some good advice of what to do to the car. (In fact my car is heading down that way next week ).
