A good quality universal sensor should come instructions 
but in case it hasnt heres a page from www.justlamda.co.uk who know there lambdas ...the white wires on sensor are nearly always for the heater circuit and white wire on car side of wiring is usually earth ( apart from honda sensor) as you can see in below pics, think the toyota colouring is same as Mitsu, at least the blue is signal the same anyhows .
