Anyone suggest reasons why my new Evo VI would take so long to pull away from standing position. It's kind of embarassing when people are waiting for you to let rip at traffic lights and all you so is sit there for 2 seconds before roaring away! And turning right can take on main roads is kind of dangerous!

Ive varied my use of the pedals to see if differences help but they dont seem to. Any advice much appreciated,

You should clutch in between 3500 and 4000 rpms to get optimal traction. Less rpms will result in you having to wait for the turbo to kick in at 3000. Dont clutch in above 4000, you be standing there with your clutch burning!

Take care,

Claudius
