Hi folks

I have some annoying knocks when I go over small bumps or uneven road surfaces. It doesn't seem to do it when I hit big holes or bumps but its particularly bad in my street as the surface is very lumpy. THeres no noise when I turn lock to lock or bounce the suspension. If I had to stick my neck out I'd say it seems to come predominantly from the front right but my mate can hear some from the rear too (when he's in the passenger seat).

My first thoughts where bushes but after searching the archives I'm not convinced. Does anyone have an idea what I should do or have any little tips or tricks to pinpoint the problem please?

Thnx

top mounts £50 each (approx) struts £100 each (approx) Then plus labour to fit. Shouldnt be a big job if you go to a specialist. Mitsubishi wanted £300 just to fit the struts. They were fitted in a couple of hours by CPP. Both these parts are common problems with knocking. Get it checked out by someone who knows these cars or you could end up fitting parts that are not needed.
