Exactly my thinking prison shouldn't be easy though no tv in cells and so on, if you kill them it's all over with make them have to think about their actions day in day out

The little bit of extra treatment that some encounter inside is all part of the punishment.

What do you define as serious crime?

Premeditated murder, paedos and rapists should all hang.

String them up why should we pay for them to have cushy life in prison,sod rehabilitating them, and all the low life teenagers thats walking around looking to knife decent folk who so much as breaths the same air as them.

Just wait to hear people bleat what ****s Police are when they get speeding fines. I personally wouldn't even trust them with an MLR poll, let alone a vote on the death penalty

I would gladly pull the handle for them to swing or flick the switch no probs barbaric as it may seem but i wouldnt bat an eye lid .................. but were never going to come to the stage were it would be legalised again ever but i could do with a change of jobs

Cold blooded murders should hang,especially those who have killed little children,without a doubt.With todays DNA evidence they can prove beyond any doubt the guilty ones,so adopt the usa policy and kill them.Now theres a good cut back system for them to mull over!!

That's terrible, it just shows the scum murderers today have no feelings or remorse.
They don't even deserve their day in court when all they do is laugh at the victims family. Should be hung along with all those human rights lot that are largely to blame for the soft touch punishments they get.:wallbang:

There's alot more to Kenny Noye than the murder, he had his fingers in alot if pies and mixed with alot of dangerous people.

The poor bloke who he stabbed was in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong person.

Murderers of innocent people should be put to death but not all murders are that straight forward imo.

Say a member of your immediate family was brutally raped and beaten and the person responsible was caught and only served 2 years, in my eyes he should be put to death and I don't think the person that done it ( killed him ) deserves the same.

There's also a lot more to ken's case than most know:shake:!!, just because you read things in the paper hear on news dont mean there all trueyes some are some are'nt. So when do we hang them before old bill proved to be liars or after:wallbang: Not all cases are black & white..

Hrm I disagree, maybe it is an easy way but it also costs us a fortune. There are 65+ million people living in the UK and 7 billion humans on this planet making this entire 'human rights' ethos somewhat ironic in that we never needed it to begin with if you consider the above figures.

If someone commits a shocking crime which is 100% proven with no doubt then simply end their life.

he has killed twice yes,pre-meditated probably not
cleared first time,convicted the second

you have to ask yourself what you would do to a prowler in the grounds of your house-most of us probably wouldnt kill them
when confronted with a road incident most of us wouldnt kill either

its unlikely he will be released for some time

I kind of feel that if we sentence people to death that have murdered someone else it makes us as bad as them, this is probably because I have fortunately never experienced serious crime might change my mind if I had. Just feels wrong to me I think they should be left to rot in jail.

As for Kenny Noye I heard alot about him he isn't a nice person at all hope he rots for his full term.

The problem is that they don't rot in jail. Its a piece of cake for a hardened criminal to serve a couple of years in one of our prisons.

The death penalty should be reinstated if only as a deterent. Obviously, if someone is then stupid enough to commit murder then ta, ta......
