Hi all,

I wanted to know if some of U folk have come across jealous BASTEED's (I'm sure U have),because U have nice a motor. Couple of years ago I confess when I was saving up for a (dare I say it a Subaru), but in the time of putting away my pennies, I spent a lot time on Net, surfing for information, buying loads of Rally videos etc, and after watching TOP gear (EVO 1 vs Scooby vs NSX) and amp; (EVO 5 vs 22b), I eventually bought an EVO 3.

Anyway the point I was making was my Wifes brother is a big Scooby fan, and even though we all love rallying he (watching Tommi win from 1996 to 1999), he still won't give credit to EVO's.

Only recently I've started to modify the car, just got some nice 17 wheels and HKS exhaust, the Basteed doen't even own a Scooby, but says to me Those wheels would look nice on an Impreza , What a Wa**ker!

So there you go just another R Burns fan!

What type of wheels did you get? Maybe they would indeed look nice on a scooby dooby! Hey, just kidding. Why dont you take him to the scooby dealer to try a scooby and then to try an Evo (maybe the Extreme, hehe)? That should make him understand the difference. Or maybe he cant drive, I've come along a lot of Scooby guys who couldnt drive, seriously.

You should go for 18's they probably woud not fit a Subaru.

ha! ha! revenge is sweet!!!

The other day I was looking through the Motoring News (car sales bit), I just mentioned to my father-in-law I would love to do some local club rallying, whilst my 'B.I.L' was in the same room, My F.I.L replied, if was serious he would let me use one of his MK2 Escorts, So I've applied for my competition Licence, and U should have seen the look on my B.I.L's face.
