Hit a bit of a problem after installing the Tomei Stroker kit and having the GEMs remap.
Basically the stock (E5) injectors are running at 95% duty cycle (not great I know), so I'm restricted to 1.5 bar at the moment.
Running a titanium/roller bearing turbo which is good for 1.9 / 2 bar.

Question is what injectors will I be needing (680cc or higher) and should I also upgrade the fuel lines (maybe aeroquip them) and will the fuel regulator need to be changed ? - I already have the upgraded fuel pump.

Aiming for 400|PLS| torque with minimal lag.

JC - thats great cheers.

Aiming for complete fuel line upgrade and HKS fuel rail.
Anyone know the available HKS injectors sizes?
Thinking about moving to 720cc (to allow for extra mapping if moving to a bigger turbo).
Is there such a problem with producing NOT enough duty cycle though injectors (i.e. 60%) - e.g could these size injectors lead to insufficient spray patterns?
Please ignore me if I'm talking **** :)

with the fuel rail and the gems i would think 680 would be the choice,
but injector sizing is a bit of a taboo
