Impossibile to contact..no respond to mails, calls etc...
I have made two order for over 2000£ about 2 months ago and already paid it by bank transfer in advance...but now there is no news about my order and i have sent many emails and calls to Birnen performance but i don't have receive any answer... :wallbang::wallbang:

Where are they based? Is it a UK company? That's a lot of money to have spent to have no communication from them

It would appear they do not have business premises as the address supplied on their website is a House..

great, its just worrying that the other thread he came on and gave excuses and then said all was fine, then came back on a month later and said all was fine and then he has gone quiet again. however at the same time he is still under your "trader" section so i presume non regulars will potentially still be placing orders and running the risk of not getting any goods
surely its in every bodies interests if he was "status suspended" until contact was made to rectify the problem

Yes, i have the two invoice and copy of my two bank transfer! I could send copy of these documents to MLR staff.Do you have an invoice of any sort?
I have also contact Project mu Japan to ask if birnen performance has ordered the project mu parts that i have paid. I am waiting the reply from project mu.
