I cant seem to get any help, to learn about cars, and all you need to know to tune, them, I am huge Evo fan, and I might be getting one when i turn 18 next year.

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/ would be a good place to start, you need to know the basics before you can do anything else.

21st Century Performance by Julian Edgar (available on Amazon last time I checked) is a good general grounding in tuning modern cars and might be a worthwhile purchase after that.
