CCC road/track tested a turbo'd version last year (before the mag went bust)

- was jointly prepared by Z-cars & Hole-shot racing
looked virtually stock apart from wide arches and a small scoop for the rear mounted intercooler....

0-60 was around 4.2 seconds
apparently one of the fastest cars they'd ever tested

I cant believe they still use a chain to drive it. Surely they could create a modified bellhousing to mate a BMW enduro bike gearbox complete with prop to the rear diff.

The vids of their cars round the track on the website look mental

Chain drives...

Its not that surprising really, when you realise that a well oiled chain is one of the most efficient drive transfer mechanisms devised, at over 98% power transfer (less than 2% lost in that part of the transmission).

25k seems a bit steep the autgrass specials dont cost halve that, with twin busa motors. As said above does seem like fun tho :D
