So I have this JMF battery tray but they are made for the Evo 7-9.
I know people have installed them in earlier models so I wanted to know how y'all did it please!

You can drill the base and put a long bolt through a spacer (or a stack of washers) in the the captive nuts underneath. The top fixings are the same.

It looks like your car has been seam welded and the original bracket removed?

It has been welded but I don't think any brackets have been removed.

Not that I am aware of anyway.
