i cant get the thermostat cover off ?? i unbolted the three bolts but its still attached , it doesnt even move at all ??

IFAIK once the 3 bolts are removed the housing can be pulled off. It might be that the rubber sealant/gasket is quite firm and needs some persuasion.

Give it a hit with a hammer and block of wood?? Stat covers are always tight on other cars that i've had.
