How do you refill an Evo IV Trans and Transfer Case?

So, let me clarify my question. How do you fill your trans and transfer case? Any tips or things to look for? I am new to the Evo platform, I am more familiar with DSMs. I have just changed the clutch, and flywheel and drained all the fluids from the trans and transfer case. I just wanted to know a procedure than someone has tried that works. I have read the transfer case gets air locked in it using the procedure that Mitsubishi gives you in the manual. The trans might have the same issue? Any information you guys can provide will be much appreciated. If there is a thread here that already talked about this? Link it below for me. Thanks everyone.
