has anyone had problems with a HKS SQV sticking open.
its fitted to a E6.

we thought it was leaking boost so we removed it and found it to be really sticky. checked it over but couldnt get it to move with a vac pump even though it was working on the car.
we pulled it apart to check the diaphragm and everything is ok. put it back together and now its worse. it seems to be getting an air lock on the diaphragm and holding its self open we think.

does anyone know how these things are designed to works as the are slightly different from a normal bov/dump valve.

all help or advice would be great.
