what a nightmare! I was removing my turbo and manifold, have some new mods to be put on,and one of the manifold studs broke off(above turbo). I heated them up and soaked them in wd40,and when removing them nice&easy one of the studs snapped in half. They were completly siezed. What now? Im totaly freaked now,my car is siting in the garage now half stripped going nowhere.
Does anyone have any solutions on how them remove broken bolts?I`ve tried drilling them out,but they are damn hard to drill

thanks

Where has it snapped - flush with the head? if so you will have no choice but to drill and tap it out.
