Hello folks, after many months of receiving numerous enquiries and orders from MLR members we thought we'd better get our fingers out and cough up for a proper sponsorship package! Quite a lot of you will probably already have heard of us, but for those who haven't, in a nutshell we are a small business specialising in the provision of high quality car care products, advice and services. A more in-depth article about us can be viewed on this link...

About Us - http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acatalog/about.html

We've been trading for just over three years now, and have grown rapidly in that time to become one of the best known specialist detailing businesses in the UK. Our aim, whether selling products, offering advice or detailing to the highest possible standard, is always to work with our customers to help them achieve the results they are looking for - our experience as professional detailers helps to ensure that the products and advice we offer meet these requirements.

We've established a solid presence on several well known forums (Detailing World, ScoobyNet and Audi-Sport) over the past two years, and are looking forward to becoming part of the MLR community too. We'll try to get on every couple of days to answer questions in here and in the new detailing section, but if anyone needs to get hold of us more urgently, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0845 4540017 - one of us will be always be on hand to help.

PS - just to clarify, we prefer to be contacted either over the phone or by e-mail, as this enables us to manage incoming enquiries quickly and efficiently. As a result, we don't accept pm's on any of the forums we sponsor, not to be awkward, but just to ensure that nobody is left waiting for a response for too long and thinking we are ignoring them!

You also run an ARC too?
No way! We are highly focused on the top end of the market for detailing services, and an ARC style facility would not compliment this at all. The lowest service type we offer is a one day protection detail, ranging up to three plus day correction details, so we are lucky if we see more than two or three cars through the door each week. :)

Sorry I meant Alarm Receiving Centre, you have a diagram of an ARC on the link you provided. :)

To a certain extent, no problem at all. Always happy to give product and technical advice, and some business advice too if the request is reasonable. :smthumbup

Cheers Ian, lots more to come this year, so keep your eyes peeled! By late summer we should have an updated, more stylish, website design in place, plus a lot of animated tutorials (flash diagrams and videos). :smthumbup
