Healthy eating plan???

things like tuna and rice dont take long to do (10 mins for rice) thats relatively healthy, a nice steak takes minutes and is easy to cook (have with sweet potatoes which again simple to cook) if you are only a stone overweight with no exercise then you will probably find when you start doing exercise that weight is going to come off soon ayway. You can still eat your bad stuff, just try to limit it to 1 day a eek etc
