Havn't done any fitness for a few years and starting to feel out of shape now:lol: Used to be quite fit, lots of running and mountain biking but kind of lost the urge a while back.
I wanna work on my fitness and drop maybe a stone in the process, i plan on starting riding again this week, just to work and back which will only be a few mile each day.
Now my diet is terrible, i eat the wrong things and at the wrong times so really need to sort this out.
Can anybody give me a good weekly eating plan, or a link to where i can get one? Now im no Delia in the kitchen so something nice and simple for me to work with.
