Can anyone confirm what these 2 grub screw are for? Im hoping i can fit an 1/8 NPT pressure sender unit straight into one of them if they will give the same oil pressure reading???

i think that is the port that the yanks use to supply there turbos
you can get the greddy sandwich plate which will take temp and pressure senders

yeah, i asked about the thread size in another thread, cos i dont know which kit to get. any ideas?

i just teed mine into the port with the pressure switch

yeah, was gonna do that, but after a bad experience with a T piece fitting bought from...... dare i say it again! pirtek, i went for a quote today for the follwing, 2 tails, a 15cm length of braided hose, to remotely locate a, T piece. This setup would cost me about 40 quid!

all i used was a galv 1/8 tee and a galv 1/8 nipple screwed the pressure switch into the branch and the pressure sender into the run cost about well free as have loads laying about at work only problem is you can put temp senders there as they need to be in flow path to get accurate reading so my spa oil temp gauge is reading temp by air filter :coolsm:

If your gonna use either of them Kev i'd use the one by the pressure switch.
You should be OK using that aslong as the grub screw will come out.
