I've got a VI with Eibach springs and front strut brace, can anyone recommend what settings I need to get it changed to for a road/track compromise.

Thanks Dave and amp; Jerry, interesting read. I had already read about track day use on PE's site before. One thing I would comment on is that it's probably crucial to change the engine oil after every heavy track day as I've just come to realise. After Donno last year my oil cooked and left rather a lot of goop circulating which is being sorted out as we speak. I've now added another oil cooler and temp gauge for it to make sure it doesn't happen again. In future I will change the oil after every track day.
Also thanks for the wheels, car looks great! Couldn't believe how much Justin Fodden is selling a set for. Still makes me feel even better!
The settings I am going for is 10minutes toe out and -1.5 camber front, 10minutes toe in and -1 camber rear. How does that sound?
