I suggest if you want to look after your car then change the gearbox, transfer box and rear diff oil at the 9,000 or 13,500 mile service interval. If you do track days then change it more often, preferably after every event for peace of mind. The AYC fluid is a different matter and is officially changed at every 4,500 mile service although it looks like that will now be extended to the 18,000 mile interval, personally I would also get this done at 9,000 or 13,500 miles in line with the rest.
Use a GL5 spec gear oil, preferably fully synthetic. I use AMSOIL 75W90 all round but there are many other good oils about you can use. The AYC clutches require a special type of ATF from Mitsubishi, just ask for AYC fluid.
You will need (E4-TME GSR):
Gearbox |EQU| 2.8l
Transfer |EQU| 0.62l
Rear Diff |EQU| 0.41l
Torque Transfer (AYC) |EQU| 0.7l
