just fitted a ralliart ecu, fuel pump, boost controler and a sard ruel reg but still aint got enough fuel @1.3 bar boost

Have you checked the Sard is set correctly? Make sure the fuel pump is getting a good power supply and earth. How are you measuring the fuelling? Make sure that's working correctly

how do u set the sard up i had no instructions with it?

You need a fuel pressure gauge to be able to set it up properly and make sure that your base fuel pressure is set to somewhere near 3 bar with the vac pipe off as a first starting point.

i fitted my SARD last nite, i have it set to 50psi vac off to be safe untill my rolling road setup on tuesday

Al,
You do realise that you can cause problems if you set it too high. You can get a condition called bore wash where you are squirting in far too much fuel and it actually mixes with the oil and dilutes it, causing a lot of engine problems.

You'd be better off IMO leaving it at 45psi and running std boost until you get it on the rollers.
