You need a fuel pressure gauge to be able to set it up properly and make sure that your base fuel pressure is set to somewhere near 3 bar with the vac pipe off as a first starting point.

You do realise that you can cause problems if you set it too high. You can get a condition called bore wash where you are squirting in far too much fuel and it actually mixes with the oil and dilutes it, causing a lot of engine problems.

You'd be better off IMO leaving it at 45psi and running std boost until you get it on the rollers.
