My starion developed a bad fuel leak so i dropped the tank out found thet the pressure relief thingy that is on the outlet side of the pump had rotted through!!.

Does anyone know where i might get one of these things, do they come with new pumps? or even if the car actually needs it?

Hi,

Dont know if they are vital, but they would not be there if tehy had no purpose so I would try to replace it if available at a reasonable price.

There are 2 guys with seemingly large stocks of all things Starion who should be able to sort you out:
