I've had the front off today to try and fit my E6 intercooer.
I got it on but couldn't get the bumper to fit. So instead i've painted the intercooer and pipe and rebuilt it.
Here's a picture before i started.

I just used ordinary car spray paint although i did put about 8 coats on and then about 5 coats of lacquer. I'm hoping that should be good enough although not the end of the world if it's not as it'll all be coming off again when i decide to have another go with the E6 intercooler.

looks good mate, i had a look at the area behind the mesh but didnt think there was enough room for the logo, might reconsider that later.

its gonna take sum doing mick says, need to chop about with some of the brackets, make the pipes a bit more manouverable, but theres also the bigger inlets to consider on the cooler.

Cheers kev, that saved me some typing.

I think once i shorten the brackets it may just and so fit with a little fabrication. But i like a little challenge
