Hi peeps,anyone got an FQ300 as i want to know what sort of mpg you get from them,the fella trying to sell me one said 4!!!

I told him it was obviously fooked then and he wasnt too happy :crackup: :crackup:

Apparently the FQ400 does 4. My stock VI got just under 8, so the 300 is probably somewhere in between.

I get about 21mpg (mostly daily commute stuff though). First time at Knockhill I got about 14mpg.

It'll depend on the track. My figure was from Coombe which has you on WOT a lot of the time. On a slower, twistier track you'll get more.

My average is about 16 mpg and 22 on a run if you don’t press to hard with your right foot :crackup: :crackup: ……but mines not quite standard.

19mpg on standard town/motorway driving (standard being not thrashing the nuts off it!!!!)

Over the last year my average fuel consumption has been 17.23mpg

This ranges from 20-40 mile blasts/steady driving.
The fuel consuption has got slightly better since i had Motec fitted

i must drive like a girl then!!! (or safer!! )

23mpg for the daily jolly to work and back, 50% 60mph and the rest 30/40mph, traffic etc etc, rarely take it over 5000rpm, and never floor it.

motorway run, 80mph ish 26/27mpg


About 43 litres for 220 miles, and decat made no diff at all.

Knew I was running low the other day.
Popped into petrol station and the pumped stopped at 54.15 litres !
So I only had .85 of a litre left.
Anyway, I get about 200 miles from a tank normally.

now i can really bargain with the missus the evo is definately a family car nice roomy 4dr saloon big boot and improved mpg if i fit a new ecu :crackup:
