Does anyone know any differences and benefits of having either or? Which do people think have the best results? Both are similarly priced as fp is £450 and racetech is £550.

Fp is a cast log manifold 20% bigger runners apparently and oem heat shield fits i like it personally may try it in future, racetechs are equal length? But welded really well and give good warranty on them, in terms of performance i dont know ive read ported orm was better than people thought so maybe the fp is an improvement? Another thing ive heard oem manifold causes hotter cylinder 3 temps not sure truth on this apparently after 450bhp
