No point starting a new thread. Just dismantled n/s mirror from my VI.

Looks like the plastic gear on the worm screw is worn, you can see it at the top. Symptoms were clicking when trying to fold/unfold mirror.

Would anyone know of a source of replacement gears, or even if a 3d printed one would be strong enough?

1st attempt. My printer is only a basic one though (Ender 3 Pro), so don't know if it will print precise enough.
