Hi Folks
This may sound daft but how much will mudflaps protect the paintwork from stone chips. Only had my EVO a short while and just wondered, wont bother if its mainly cosmetic but if it prevents some stone chipping...... Also any recommended car mat manufacturers ?

mm..I have got some on mine, and i can say there are no stonechips on the side, but the sides still get bloody dirty in orrid rainy weather.

I bought mine (through Black Knight)...who sold me the car (Brighton Mitsubishi)....all I know is that he gets them off a guy called scott, who is a trader on here I believe.

Cheers mate they look good on your car, mine being silver im not so sure but if it protects i suppose i should consider it.

there are some nice silver VIII's with red flaps...looks really nice with red flaps
