Hi, i would like to know if we can fix the cam shaft of the 2.6 liter turbo from the starion on a lancer EX? ( i do't know the angles so...)

Which best sparkplugs can we put on the engine 2000 EX? and if the model is special where can we find those ?

Best regards.

no....
it's an entirely different engine....originating from a Mitsi truck

- if you're trying to make it rev more...don't forget to remove the balance shafts in the block to lose weight/spin better
However, the standard 8v engine is best for torque, not high revs
& torque = acceleration

plugs:
use BR7ES / BR8ES ......or the same in platinum tip
- higher number = colder plug so good for high boost
- don't use iridium

Why not use iridium?
IMHO
1. too expensive
2. have always used BR8ES
...and reading feedback from elsewhere...these can handle 400bhp/high boost without problems
3. there's no feedback from anywhere that iridium works better than above in a LT engine

I'd rather pay £1.69 each, from a local motor factor for the BR8ES....with good results
I also had these in my last Evo...320bhp/standing qtr: 12.89
