Can someone explain me something

i have changed my back box hayward and amp;scott and cat replacement pipe downpipe is standard

i had a nice sound

now i have changed my midsection also now i can hear the whole sound through my car everything is shaking and my ears hurt

do some of youre drivers experienced the same problem how can i solve it
