I was trying to replace the front bulbs with LED ones, read the manual and found this old thread

Did the steps / and more - Turned the wheel to full lock, removed the bottom 3 screw tabs, a 10mm hex tab and popped a push tab on top of the arch - and further 2 push tabs directly underneath the front.

That arch liner is very stiff plastic that wont pull away/bend, and there is no room for it to bend to. I can perhaps make a 1.5 to 2cm gap and no more, this is bordering 'excessive' force, and will shred my hand.

The other way is to jack the front up and remove under-tray, but there's the O/S is packed with an oil cooler which gives another round of access problems.

Hope I don't have to remove the whole wheel then the arch liner. I'm thinking my arch liner is different.

Thanks, I guess I'm jacking the car up for more access, think one of the tabs that's holding in the bumper isn't unclipping. I don't want to break it.

Easiest way is to pop the clips and 1 bolt at the front of the inner wheel arch and squeeze your arm in.
