Recently got my grubby little mits on a standard 6 gsr and a Blitz exhaust is on the way. Still umming an arring over what induction kit to get so recomendations are welcome. Also a good mate of mine has told me i'm likely to start getting fuel cut once these are on is a chip the only way round it?

Apexi is probably the best kit to get. If you've de-catted the car then you probably will get fuel cuts, esp when it's cold. The way around this is indeed to get a new ECU and re-map the car. There is a lot of evo experience with Autronics and Motec.

you may not get fuel cuts with air filter and exhaust change,i have been lucky owning many evos and never hadone fuel cut.Iwould do the exhaust fit hks air filter,walbro fuel pump,ralliart ecu and boost controller to give a nice useable 350 bhp

If you do get fuel cuts before changing something as expensive as ECU make sure your actuator is knackered as they often seize up. And only show up as being seized when you up boost a bit by adding exhaust, decat and induction.
