Dont wanna bore everyone about prices again, but why are evo prices so f****d up?. Cossie prices were stable for ages, escort cossie 15k, sapphire 5k, 4x4 always grand more, 3dr 7k to 12k. Im now in a position to buy an evo but cant bring myself to buy a 6 cos im sure most need big money spendin on em. No matter how mint, a used car will always need money throwin at it. Im just thinkin that by the summer a used 260 will be the same price as some ppl are askin for a clean 6? the temptation to go newer is strong even if the cars dont have a fraction of the appeal of the older stuff, cos goin newer is just more sensible.

If you buy an evo from an enthusiast (ie someone from this site) then it has been serviced ever 4500 miles. How can a car that is so often looked after go wrong? I just sold my VI and it had 70k on it which is higher than most VIs for sale and the dealer found pretty much nothing wrong.

totally agree...... Oh did I mention my VI is for sale

Only 12,700 for a quick sale
That's a good price. I got 11k for my VI from a dealer and was well robbed. Anything under 13k is a craking price for a private evo vi.

I went from a integrale to a EVO 6 because the 6 would be much cheaper to run. It was!!

Mine had a tendency to warp disc's like captain kirk and suspension bushes don't last too long but if maintained regularly should only have the odd thing here and there.
