I was just driving home from work which is about 4 miles and it was quiet so i was giving it some beans as you do. Pulled into the garage and saw smoke and smelt oil pulled up the bonnet and it had blown the dipstick out. I have a fully forged motor (Eagle rods, JE pistons) Just wondering if anything else can make the crankcase pressurise apart from piston ring/land failure? One thing worth mentioning is that it developed an oil leak from the back of the engine a week or so ago but need to get it up on a ramp to see exactly where its coming from

Don't even have a breather filter on the rocker cover! Still going straight into the HKS RS intake and the inlet manifold Does it make much difference putting a catch tank on?
