not really done much tbh, cars home, i think im going to replace bonnet at some point as not happy with the fitment, ive adjusted it the best i can too, but then it is a copy part so nothing is a perfect fit regarding carbon and fibreglass anyhow

new scuttle panel fitted, had to order some universal screen jets as oem dont fit, so went for a mist spray type, just got to drill holes for clips to hold pipe up now

roof lining in for retrim, need a dashboaord if anyone knows of one cheap too as mines scrap and carpet lol

but cars home tucked away, just fits through the door lol, and spoiler sits under cupboards which is nice

not much to update,

waiting on headlining to be retrimmed in black cloth, ordered final edition x parts for roof to try and mix and match the blacks

plan was to have all plastics retrimmed in alcantara but they are struggling on door cards around speaker being its all molded in one, so looks like that plan is out the window im gonna stick with stock plastics now, so ill add some carbon fibre instead :)

they did show me a carbon look material which i may have done for the internals cloth on door cards though

little update

as my interior is going all black this obviously require in doing some stuff black, sun visor mirrors lights etc, well sunvisor mirrors and stuff ive sorted from another car when they turn up already in back :)

but i came to the issue of the seat belt buckle where the belt runs through, i couldnt paint it as it would flake off, so someone said use a fabric dye called rit dye and dye the plastics, so i had a little experiment today with it

i tested a sun visor mirror, didnt work at all, which sucked tbh as it left me no hope on other parts, but i tried again with sunvisor clips and within 5 mins they had indeed dyed black :)

so moment of truth tape the belt up and try the belt plastic, and it worked :)

done the buckle above belt, and only the switch dyed not the casing, so it only dyes certain plastics, anything made out of polypropylene will not dye at all ive found out

sunvisor hinges dyed lovely too but the roller on the visor wouldnt take

this stuff cant even be scratched off, i tested with a screw driver and nothing just black all the way through lol

so last bits ill paint now, but the hardest bit on the seat belt has worked and i have no worries of the seat belt taking it off either

heres some pics, has to be in a pan with water and dye at a good heat almost boiling

the dye only works on some plastics, you couldnt dye a dash being you have to have the dye in water at almost boiling point lol

sunvisors i ordered from japan, evo X final edition ;) they use black visors with black mirrors etc, but i dont know if they will fit yet until i get them, even if they dont i can use the black parts for my visors as they are the same, but the shape and length i dont know until i fit them

the cloth ive no idea was whatever the trimmer used as everything is being done by a trimmer local to me
