Evo 8 and MR guide prices

I've come up with my very own unofficial guide to prices for UK models - this may help when buying/selling an Evo:

BASE PRICE (PRIVATE SALE) = Evo 8 FQ300 2003 03 with 25000 miles = £15000

£400 more for a 53 over an 03
£50 per 1000 miles adj
£300 more for half leather on a FQ300 or FQ320
£1000 more for FQ330 over a FQ300
£1200 more for 2004 04 FQ300 MR over base
add £1000 for FQ320MR over a FQ300MR
add £500 for FQ340MR over a FQ320MR
add £400 for a 54 over an 04 for an 8 MR
add £800 for a 05 over an 04 for an 8 MR
no allowances made for mods
no adjustment made for best/worst colours
no adjustment made for number of owners - assume average of one a year

That makes my '03 (53 plate) FQ300 with 10000 miles worth £16150 then..... :)

Any takers then? :D

Nice try mate, but you can't just put a guide price to any car, there are too many variables, such as mods, condition, even location.

Even if you could, the guide price would be out of date in 3 months time.

Nice idea though.
Ignore misery guts there.
I spent a lot of time looking and I think thats a pretty good guide from my observations.
It might be a reasonable guide as to advertised prices, but when was the last time you heard of a car being bought without a good haggle? ;) As youngsyr said, nice try though. ;)

If anyone wants to pay £16150 for mine, it's theirs! :p

Could you post a link to the advert for your car, assuming that it's for sale?
If only everything in life was as easy as making things up your self.

15k for a 03 FQ300? Your a sales mans dream! Step right up !

Everything is for sale for the right money, PM me if you like!
too rich im affraid

id say you are starting £2000 too high, at least
Too many variables to do this, also a car is only worth what someone is willing to pay regardless of your/our opinion on price

This is how I've priced mine, but its pretty unique :smthumbup
