Hi all,

My car has started to crunch when selecting into 4th gear. After some research and advise I have gathered that it may be the synchro/synchro hub.

Can anyone recommend any gearbox specialists, especially in the Midlands area? I know Clive is the go to guy for gearboxes, but i'd like to give the gearbox with the car and will not have the time/resources to remove the gearbox and send off. Also am I expecting a long lead-time due to getting hold of parts etc? Thanks.

Why not just take the car to your local specialist and get them to remove gearbox and send to clive

my pal ,will do it for you ,ok its not the midlands but its an hours drive ,hes a TOP fella whos doing alloto of gearboxes these days
