So I recently replaced my wastegate on my car along with some vacuum lines, and to what I believe is that I accidently got rid of the Boost Pill in the vacuum line going to the compressor housing. Some people mention it to me as I was asking around to why I am not able to make stock boost anymore after I replaced the waste gate since the old one was seizing up(I think. Not 100% sure).

So I'm looking for some info on them and I can only find anything about them for the Evo X. Are they all the same size, where could I get one from. Would I be able to make my own? What size of hole would I need, length and etc. Any info would help! Thanks.

Mitsi dealer MIGHT help ...sure plenty of traders MIGHT help !
You can try make your own , i fiddled with some welding tips in the past ...but its trial and error !( but i did succeed to an extent lol)

Yeah that's what someone else said he cut a welding tip and drilled it out. I would be able to do that but I just wanna find the size you need, and what not.

Think i got the smallest size tip available , then drilled it out a mm more ....i tried a bigger diameter hole/tip first, but still only made actuator pressure ( not on my evo ,mine is perfect ) ....

Why not just run an evo 5 ecu and 3 port boost control solenoid or standalone boost control?

If you are going to fit an aftermarket boost controller, then you wont need the pill

Id say main dealer is the easiest way to get the correct 1 for your car, but anything evo 4 to 9 (at least) should do the job fine, though a later 1 might give a little extra boost
