Can anyone tell me if I will need a metal headgasket for running 1 bar of boost or is the standard one good enough?

Also will I need ARP bolts aswell?

There is a ITG induction kit for £99 on Camskill.com .Any good?Seems alot cheaper than HKS stuff.

u def wont need a headgasket for 1 bar should be fine
1.2-3 bar is normally seen as a safe everyday limit on the standard engine
never used that filter but a guy on ebay does the apexi filters for the 1-3 s for about 80-100 quid and they are well recomended

no you dont but a gizzmo chip would help keep the fueling in check
