Can anyone confirm if the brakes on the Evo 1-3 are all the same ?

I suspect they are, and as most companies only seem to list brake pads for the evo3 onwards it would make my life easier if I can simply order a set for a 3.

Any info gratefully received.

have a look on www.motor-v.co.uk it tells you what brakes can as standard on the evo 1,2,3 have a look tony c.

Thats great, the stats on the car doesn't state if they are the same unfortunatly though..

However, the AP site which there is a link to is excellent, and gives you a picture and dimensions of the pads for the vehicle you select. I've just compared the EVO pads to the ones on my EVO 1 and they are exactly the same. Dimesions, shapes etc...

I suspects as much but I'd been told by a specialist they were totaly different - howeve he admitted he'd never actually changed, or looked at the brakes on any Evo 1 (!)

pads are supposeedly sameas on english mitsibishi shoguns according tomy local dealer.price 31 pounds genuine mitsi ones,don't yet know if mintex do any,anyone know if evo1 discs are same fitment as any thing else more readily available and what cost replacments are.

I thought I had already posted what I found out...
The Evo1 brakes are the same as the evo 3's.. So its very easy to get hold of them.
EBC cover the evo 3 pads and they are about 40 quid.
