electric problem?

ive had my ix 360 for little over 2mths, all is well apart from the light around the ignition barrel doesnt work and the lighter or light surounding does'nt work either.

ive checked the fuses and all seems ok, it's booked in to the dealers next week but wanted to see if i could solve the problem myself.
but where do i look next?
