hi there sorry about all the threads i think im trying to lunge into something very deep with ecu, boost controllers, boost levels, my head is spinning. i really need an ecu abc....defghijkl....

what is the difference between a 260 ecu and 300 ecu. is it just the boost levels? what level is a 260 at and what levels are considered safe? can anyone alter these??
can you add a boost controller to any ecu or is that a ridiculous statement, im new to this boost stuff . vtecs were def much simpler (but slower lol)

you can get yours fiddled with using the ecutek stuff.

if you have a 260, go and see wrc tech (silverstone) i think for less tan £3K you can have the same (maybe more) performance as a 340.

hi i assume your running a 260. the ecu in the 260 is different from the 300.contact sam aka "the dentist",evo-7 on the mlr. he remapped mine now running 1.5 bar.tell him what you are trying to achieve and he'll tell you what you need to do. highly recommend him he knows his stuff
