Ebay FRAUD - Everyone read this!!!

I thought I was taking all the precautions, but still got buggered - Royally, by a ****** on Ebay. I'm posting this thread to see if anyone else has had the same experience:

Just over 8weeks ago, I won an Apexi Power FC + controller, for the sum of £491, which I thought was a good price. People were buying stuff off this person left, right and centre, and he had no neg feedback, so thought I would be pretty safe. He subsequently phoned me twice to say the parts were on their way, but surprise surprise, still no Power FC at my door. I am gutted beyond belief, but want to try and help other from being frauded by the same A55hole. His user ID at the time was 'officially pimped', later changed to 'op_performance', and now, I believe he's back using another Pseudonym. He's based in the Warrington area.

Everyone beware, and if he's reading this, then: You better move house quickly, cos I will find you!!!

He was arrested in Burscough on Wednesday 29th February 2012,thank heavens for Leap Years lol.:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

He has pleaded guilty and will be sentenced on Friday at Minshull Crown Court in Manchester.

For anyone who was ripped off by Barry hayward (aka tech carbon, op performance etc)

He's appeared yet again up to his old tricks.

Currently there is a facebook group called 'north west car cruise' where he was posing as 'james ward' doing plasti dipping for cars. (http://www.ukdippingcentre.co.uk/)

More unhappy ripped off customers.

If anyone is still looking for their money back from him I have his current home & business address.

It's funny reading this thread from the start, a couple of people have obviously found and bumped it through seaching the internet and posted trying to gain evidence to make sure he gets what he deserves.

All the majority can do is winge that an old thread has been bumped up, beggars belief..

His latest scam is UPHORIA.IO and has had the rug pulled 17 times now whilst scamming money from investors his partner Su Quirk fully supports him in these scams and has done from day 1. He still lives in Preston if anyone is interested and their lifestyle has been exposed on a Reddit chat if you google James Hayward Reddit, james Hayward Uphoria scam it all comes up with up to date pictures of them both. If you have been scammed by him please go to www.action fraud.police.uk and register you losses, what you invested, the wallet it was sent to as the police are currently collating data. I am also happy for anyone to reach out to me on Reddit or here.
